License Agreement - IPTV Player

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of IPTV Player - Smart Live TV (“App”, “Software”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), developed and provided by an individual developer.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. License Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or rent the App
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
You may not use the App for unlawful or prohibited purposes
You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App to you.

4. IPTV Content Disclaimer

The App is a media player only. It does not provide, host, store, or distribute IPTV content, channels, playlists, or media streams. All content accessed through the App is provided by third parties, and you are solely responsible for ensuring legality and compliance with applicable laws.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the App, including any playlists, URLs, or third-party content added or accessed. The developer assumes no responsibility for third-party content.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to improve functionality, security, or performance. Updates may be applied automatically or manually and are subject to this Agreement.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including issues related to third-party IPTV content.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this License Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the developer regarding use of IPTV Player - Smart Live TV and supersedes any prior agreements.
